1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and TORIMA MOBILE PHONES & ACCESSORIES TRADING L.L.C (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://torima.ae website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

We are registered in the United Arab Emirates and have our registered office at Alothman Building Al Marrar, 2 Building No:15, Shop No:1-2, Deira, Dubai, UAE.

By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Site immediately.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and continued use of the Site means acceptance of those changes.

You may be required to create an account. You must keep your password confidential and are responsible for all account activities. We reserve the right to remove or change any username we find inappropriate or misleading.

5. PRODUCTS

We aim to display accurate product information, including colors and specifications. However, we do not guarantee that your screen displays them correctly. Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue items at any time.

6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Tabby, Tamara (AED currency) for online payments.

You must provide accurate and current payment details. Prices and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if errors occur, or if the order appears fraudulent, bulk, or resale-related.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation by TORIMA: We may cancel an order at our discretion. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Cancellation by Customer: Customers can cancel before shipment. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method.

8. COMPETITIVE PRODUCT PRICES

Prices displayed may vary due to third-party market data. TORIMA does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of prices and is not liable for discrepancies.

9. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be issued only via the original payment method within 7 days of purchase if the product is unopened and in original packaging. Free gifts must also be returned.

10. RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Return within 7 days with the original invoice.

  • Promotional bundles must be returned in full.

  • Personal care, software, consumables, and clearance items are non-returnable.

  • 15% restocking fee applies to unsealed but saleable units.

  • Used products are eligible only for warranty repair.

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

11. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

Orders within UAE are delivered in 2–4 business days.
Large appliances (TVs, washing machines, etc.) may take 5–7 business days.

Delivery charges vary by order value and are displayed at checkout.

TORIMA will not deal with or provide products to OFAC sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.

12. WARRANTY

All warranties are provided by the respective authorized distributors or manufacturers—typically one year from invoice date.

Warranty service requires the original invoice and applies to manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Consumables or free gifts.

  • Software issues or environmental damage (humidity, power surge, etc.).

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TORIMA and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

14. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the Site to:

  • Mislead, defraud, or abuse others.

  • Upload harmful software or spam.

  • Infringe intellectual property.

  • Attempt unauthorized access or impersonation.

  • Use automated scripts or bots.

  • Collect user data for spam or resale.

Violation may lead to termination and legal action.

15. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS

User reviews must be honest, respectful, and non-discriminatory.
We reserve the right to remove or moderate reviews at our discretion.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Dubai, UAE.

20. TERM AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice for any violation of these Terms.

You are prohibited from creating a new account if your previous account was terminated. We reserve the right to take legal action for violations.
